Welcome to Wegagen List. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services. By submitting, listing, or requesting through our platform, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Definitions
   “Wegagen List”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the company operating this service.
   “User” refers to any individual or organization that interacts with our platform, either by submitting or requesting a listing.
   “List” refers to approved advertisements for land or vehicles verified and published by Wegagen Listing.
   “Buyer Request” refers to a publicly visible inquiry submitted by a verified individual seeking a specific type of land or vehicle.
2. Scope of Service
   Wegagen Listing acts as a verified listing service, not a broker or agent.
   Our services include:
   Verifying documents submitted by sellers and buyers
   Approving listings or buyer requests that meet our standards
   Publishing verified content on digital channels such as Telegram and, when available, our website
   Promoting listings using internal and external tools
   We do not:
   Negotiate or mediate actual sales
   Handle physical property or vehicles
   Guarantee transaction outcomes
3. Eligibility
   To use our services, users must:
   Be at least 18 years old
   Provide a valid national ID and supporting ownership documents
   Consent to our verification procedures
   Adhere to our communication and payment policies
4. Listing Approval
   Every listing undergoes a manual verification process.
   Submission does not guarantee approval.
   We reserve full discretion to approve, delay, or reject any listing.
   Listings must meet all documentation and quality standards to be posted.
5. Buyer Requests
   Verified users may submit buyer requests specifying the type of land or vehicle they are seeking.
   All requests must be clear, specific, and backed by ID verification.
   Requests that are vague, unrealistic, or unverifiable may be rejected.
   While buyer requests are made public, personal details are kept confidential unless both parties agree to disclosure.
6. Fees and Payments
   Each listing or buyer request is subject to a one-time service fee, payable before publication.
   Fees are non-refundable once the listing or request is verified and published.
   Pricing may vary based on promotions or future updates.
   Important Notice:
   The name on the payment receipt (bank transfer or deposit) must match the name on the submitted ID.
   If payment is made under another person’s name, it will not be accepted unless pre-approved in writing.
   Listings submitted without matching ID and payment details will be delayed or denied.
7. Data Privacy
   All personal information is handled with confidentiality.
   We do not sell, rent, or share data without prior consent.
   Listings may be used for promotional purposes, but contact information remains protected unless both parties request otherwise.
8. User Responsibilities
   By using Wegagen Listing, you agree to:
   Provide accurate and complete information
   Avoid submitting fraudulent or duplicate listings
   Communicate respectfully and clearly with staff and users
   Not misuse the platform’s name, reputation, or systems for personal gain
9. Prohibited Activities
   The following actions are strictly forbidden:
   Submitting fake or forged documents
   Attempting to list property or vehicles without rightful ownership
   Using inappropriate or aggressive language
   Bypassing our verification system or using unofficial channels to post listings
   Violations may result in permanent suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
    Wegagen Listing is not responsible for disputes, damages, or outcomes arising from transactions between users.
    We do not guarantee the success, value, or completion of any listing.
    Our role is strictly limited to verifying and publishing listings.
11. Service Changes
    We may, at any time:
    Pause or temporarily suspend listings for upgrades
    Change verification processes or requirements
    Adjust pricing structures or service categories without prior notice
12. Changes to These Terms
    These Terms may be updated at our discretion.
    Users are encouraged to review this document periodically. Continued use of our service after changes are published implies agreement.
