1. Purpose and Vision
   Wegagen Listing is a verification-based listing platform connecting legitimate sellers and buyers of land and vehicles across Tigray and beyond.
   Our primary goal is to reduce fraud and confusion in the real estate and automotive markets by providing a transparent, reliable, and fast way to list and find verified opportunities.
2. Scope of Listings
   Wegagen Listing currently supports two primary listing types:
   a) Seller Listings
   We accept verified listings from owners who wish to sell:
   Land – Urban or rural plots with full documentation of ownership
   Cars – Used or new vehicles with up-to-date legal paperwork and ownership proof
   b) Buyer Request Listings (“I Want to Buy”)
   We also allow verified users to publicly submit buyer requests. Examples include:
   “Looking for a 2014 Toyota Vitz under 500,000 ETB”
   “Searching for 200 sqm land near Ayder area”
   Only buyer requests that pass our verification and relevance check will be published.
3. Listing and Verification Process
   Seller Listings
   Must be submitted either through Telegram or in-person at our office.
   Required documents include ID, ownership proof, photos, and additional paperwork as requested.
   All listings undergo manual verification before being approved.
   Listings that fail the checklist will be rejected or delayed.
   Buyer Requests
   The user must verify their identity before submitting a request.
   All requests must be clear, genuine, and time-sensitive.
   Vague or misleading submissions will be rejected.
   Wegagen reserves the right to approve or deny any listing at its discretion.
4. Service Fees
   A one-time listing or request fee applies to each approved post.
   Payments are made before publication.
   All fees are non-refundable once the listing or request is approved and posted.
   Special discounts or bundles may be offered during specific periods.
5. Data Privacy Policy
   Client data is treated with strict confidentiality.
   No personal data will be sold, published, or shared without prior consent.
   Contact details between buyers and sellers are shared only when both sides agree or as deemed necessary by management.
6. Official Communication Channels
   All official communication and listing submissions must be done through:

   No outside agent or individual is authorized to collect payments or list on behalf of Wegagen without formal approval.
7. Prohibited Conduct
   The following actions are strictly prohibited:
   Submitting forged documents or fake listings
   Impersonating property owners or buyers
   Using Wegagen Listing’s name, brand, or platform without authorization
   Harassing, threatening, or misinforming clients or staff
   Any violation will result in immediate account suspension, a permanent ban, and possible legal consequences.
8. Legal Disclaimer
   Wegagen Listing is not a broker, intermediary, or legal agent in real estate or vehicle sales.
   Our role is limited to:
   Verifying the authenticity of submissions
   Publishing approved content
   Promoting listings through our channels
   We do not handle financial transactions, legal transfers, or guarantee results. All deals are finalized between the buyer and seller outside our system.
9. Policy Revisions
   As Wegagen Listing expands its services, this policy may be revised without prior notice. Users are encouraged to check for updates periodically via our official channels.

30. How to Submit a Listing

34. Make your payment using your own name (must match your national ID)
